Returns & Exchanges

We hope you will enjoy your purchase, however, if you change your mind and if your item is unworn, in its original new condition, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

Returning an item is simple! Just shoot us an email contact@maisonmam.com with 'RETURN' in the subject line, along with your order number and reason for the return. If there’s a defect, let us know if you’d prefer a refund or an exchange — we’re here to help!

Please ensure that your item is returned in its original packaging. If that’s not possible, just make sure it’s securely packaged to avoid any damage during transit. We can’t take responsibility for lost or damaged packages on their way back to us, so let’s keep it safe!

While we wish we could cover shipping fees for returns, they are non-refundable at this time. Please note that the cost of the return label will be deducted from the total refund amount. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed following receipt of returned goods. We also reserve the right to refuse service if our policies are misused.
