Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Processing time may be extended during peak seasons or promotional periods. Please allow extra time for made-to-order items such as pillows and bags as an example.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. You can view shipping costs during checkout before completing your purchase.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package's progress. Tracking can also be provided through the Shop App.
