We want you to love your purchase! If you change your mind, you can return unworn items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to Return

  1. Email lamaisondemam@gmail.com with "RETURN" in the subject line.

  2. Include your order number and reason for the return.

  3. If your item is defective, let us know if you’d like a refund or exchange — we’re happy to help.

Packaging
Please return items in their original packaging, or wrap them securely to avoid damage in transit. We’re not responsible for lost or damaged returns, so safe packaging is important.

Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are not refundable. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund unless otherwise stated. 

Refund Timing
