Returns

We want you to love your purchase! If you change your mind, you can return unworn items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

Packaging
Please return items in their original packaging, or wrap them securely to avoid damage in transit. We’re not responsible for lost or damaged returns, so safe packaging is important.

Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are not refundable. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund unless otherwise stated. 

Refund Timing
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive your return. If you have any questions, just reach out — we’re here to make sure your experience with us is a great one.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
